Terms and Conditions

If for any reason you need to contact The Christmas Store please use our Contact Us page or email info@enchanted.ie.

  • Our standard stock (items that are not personalised or customised) are generally shipped within 3-5 working days. 
  • Personalised items (plaques, frames, cards) and sweet supplies will usually be shipped within 10 working days (depending on time of year – if you need an item in a hurry please contact us in advance to make sure we can speed your order through) 
  • If there is a delay on your order due to item being out of stock or large volume of orders at any given time, you will be contacted to advise of delay immediately to see if you want to proceed with order
  • At The Christmas Store we use An Post for all deliveries. 
  • An Post are the primary distributor for orders delivered in Ireland.
  • An Post Tracked Parcel Delivery is used. The cost of delivery is €6.95.
  • Regardless of size of order, €6.95 will be the maximum delivery charged.
  • Although we offer a service to send directly to the recipient, we can only accept one delivery address per order. If you wish for products to be sent to different addresses, multiple orders will have to be processed.
  • For international deliveries please Contact Us for a quote.
  • We cannot be held responsible for incorrect personalised items if the information we have been given was incorrect. PLEASE CHECK WHEN ENTERING INFORMATION THAT THE INFORMATION YOU ARE PROVIDING IS CORRECT. 
  • All items personalised can only be returned if they are faulty, or an error occurred on our behalf.
    • In the event of us making a mistake we will gladly refund or replace the item plus your return postage once we have received your return.
    • Any refund issued by Heart On My Sleeve Greetings will be made in the original form of payment.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights
  • If for any reason you would like to cancel an order please Contact Us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • After this time if production has started on a personalised order we will be unable to refund the order
  • If you realise you have made a mistake when placing your order please Contact Us immediately. If production has not started we will be able to manufacture to the updated information.
  • We aim to deliver a high quality handmade gift, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please Contact Us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • The photographs on the website are representation of our products and are not exact. Due to our products being handmade and personalised design, colours and embellishments may vary from order to order.
  • ALL ITEMS ARE FOR DECORATIVE USE ONLY AND NOT SUITABLE FOR HANDLING BY CHILDREN
